Section 25
Health institutions must maintain quality
: (1) The task of ensuring the quality of services provided by health institutions shall be in accordance with the federal law.
(2) The Ministry may formulate or implement the standards of health services.
(3) The designated bodies shall monitor and evaluate from time to time whether the criteria according to this section have been fulfilled or not.
(4) It shall be the duty of every health institution to comply with the instructions given by the concerned body after the monitoring and evaluation as per sub-section (3).
